We regularly update our program to keep motivation high and prevent boredom. Our functional approach to Pilates focuses on applying principles to everyday activities. We provide live interaction to ensure correct and safe movement execution.

Trained with the PILATES FOUNDATION in matwork and equipment and has extensive years of experience teaching in pilates studios, health clubs as well as private individuals/small groups. His approach to teaching is a combination of instructions with demonstrations of repertoire to cater for both the audio and visual learner. He regularly updates the routines to keep the contents fresh, engaging and fun .....
