Shaolin Kung Fu has a history of over 1500 years, originating from Shaolin Temple. Practicing Shaolin Kung Fu can improve the body's neural response speed and sensitivity, muscle flexibility, explosive power, and perseverance. It can also adjust the body's flexibility, coordination, and agility, and enhance the immune system. By practicing self-defense and combat, one can enhance their ability to defend and protect themselves in critical situations. Through advanced relaxation techniques, negative energy and mental stress can be effectively released, resulting in a more joyful mind and body.
